・駅に大変近い。 ・部屋が最上階にあり、バルコニーからの景色が良い。また、屋上テラスに上がれば270度展望できる。 ・部屋が綺麗で雰囲気が良い。バルコニーで喫煙可。 ・トースターや電子レンジ、ICレンジなどの調味器具と食事用の食器セットが一通り揃っている。 ・wifiも快適。 ・共用リビングが広く快適。
・エレベーターは1つ下の階で降りないといけない、 ・トイレットペーパーを便器に流すことは禁止。
