水上バスの停留所から徒歩10分しないぐらいの距離にあり、階段もないのでアクセスは簡単です。
部屋は狭く、展望もあまりよくありませんが、毎日清掃してくれました。トイレットペーパーのみでティッシュはありません。お湯はちゃんと出ます。7ユーロで数種類のパンとバター、ヨーグルト、ジュースやコーヒー紅茶の朝食を追加できます。ベニスは他のイタリアの都市に比べると割高に感じたので、値段相応かと思います。部屋は狭いですが、快適に過ごすことができました。
