Luxurious Mountain Condo in The Heart Of Bear Valley Village!

Condo is located in the Silver Mountain Condos building, one of the newest buildings in Bear Valley Village. There is a gated parking garage with one dedicated space as well as an elevator. This spacious condo offers all of the luxuries of home, complete with heated radiant heat in the floors. The propane fireplace offers dry stack slate with gas logs. The fully equipped kitchen offers Bosch stainless steel appliances, spices, toaster, coffee maker and a built-in wine rack. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and opens up to the bathroom with dual vanities, and a glass enclosed stall shower. The secondary bedroom offers a 2 sets of twin bunk beds plus a sleeper sofa if needed. The hallway bathroom offers a large vanity and a jetted tub. All bathrooms are porcelain tiled with radiant heat. There is Blu-ray, dvd/cd . This is one of the closest condos to all amenities in Bear Valley village. Just minutes to the Bear Valley Lodge where the bar/ restaurants, general store and pizza place is located. It is walking distance to the snowmobile and cross country centers where you can rent snowmobiles or rent snowshoes, sleds/tubes or cross country skis and kayak in the summer months and rent bikes. Catch the free shuttle to the slopes at the shuttle stop across from the Bear Valley Vacation Rentals Office!

Silver Mountain Condo 202 was great -- just what we wanted. Very clean with nice finishes -- a good place to hang out at the end of the day. Walking distance to the village. Only thing missing was some outdoor space -- but I knew it didn't have any. Loved the "mud room" closet by the front door -- a great place to stash all the stuff that comes with car travel. The kids loved the bunk beds. We'd stay there again. Staff at Bear Valley Vacation Rentals were all super friendly. Thanks!

Family loved silver mountain condo 202. Spacious, well appointed, and easy access. Would definitely go there again. Would be great if the ice maker worked (no ice in fridge) and if there was salt there too.

Our family of 4 stayed for a weekend at condo #202. It was perfect. The 'kids' bedroom has 2 bunkbeds so the apartment could fit up 6 (but it might be a bit small for 6 adults). The master bedroom was large and had a queen bed. The condo was very clean, fairly new in all aspects including appliances (gas stove) and looked out over trees- no other buildings are very close on the window side. Plenty of heat and a thermostat controlled gas fireplace. Access was very easy after picking up the info pack as there's a fob to access the indoor parking and the condo door is code. It's a corner unit so only the living room shared a wall which made it quiet. We could hear the people upstairs on occasion but nothing loud at all. The location is great- far enough into the village so you don't hear any traffic on Route 4 and a 2 minute walk across to the General Store and the pub. The kitchen was stocked with the normal rental-ware and we weren't wanting for anything. There's even a full spice rack. The coffee maker is a simple Mr. Coffee basket machine, so bring what you need if you're a coffee snob. ;-)
