The apartment was perfect for our needs. There is one bedroom and a couch (but I wouldn't recommend using the couch as a bed). A great balcony for eating dinner and watching the sunset. The kitchen is small, but perfect for light meal making during your stay. There is a bus stop and a couple restaurants a few minutes walk away. A small grocery store is about a 5 minute walk at the end of the road. The nearest beach is maybe a 15 minute walk. It is a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe there. It is out of the touristy part of town, but easy to rent a scooter or take the bus into the main area of Larnaca. There is also a washing machine and drying rack to make packing lighter.
The stove/oven are electric and there is a main switch to turn them on, but it was hidden by other items on the opposite end of the counter. It took us a while to figure out this, a small sign on the wall above would be helpful. The mattress is very firm, which is great for some people and not for others but that is a preference and not a con of the place. The bathroom ceiling is lower than the other ceilings, so taller people may feel the shower is a tight space.

I didn't receive any confirmation e mail from the owner and I had to call him in order to learn the details. ( apartment number, lock number and Internet pass)
I had problems with running water ,I called them , they answered an hour later. ( Someone came and fixed it really quickly)
Don't try to sleep on the couch it's really uncomfortable and if you are 1.89cm as I am you will not fit.
They must install light on the stairs and they should put some information about the apartment. How to open the boiler, emergency phone number , how to open the oven .
There is a balcony but there is nothing to see outside during the day.
