Bis auf den Preis hat mir alles gefallen ;-) ! Ich habe dort ein Schild gesehen: Du kommst als Gast und gehst als Freund (oder so ähnlich) - und das stimmt wirklich. Mehrere ehrliche längere Kommunikationen (hauptsächlich bei der Rezeption), obwohl ich alleine dort war. Zum 1. Mal habe ich meine Karte (für die Zimmertür) verloren - wurde mir nicht verrechnet. Ich komme gerne wieder!
Der Preis ;-) , aber Qualität kostet...

Os funcionários são família e amam o que fazem.
Atendimento excepciona, muuuitoo prestativos.
Me ajudaram além do hotel, me levando até a posta de esqui no primeiro dia, além. Entregam mais do que prometem!

Tanti dettagli che testimoniano l'attenzione per il cliente: occhiali da lettura a disposizione accanto ai libri sugli scaffali di fronte alla reception, coperte a disposizione accanto alle poltroncine esterne, memorizzazione delle preferenze riguardanti il menù scelto durante il precedente soggiorno ecc... Ovviamente, ci sono tutti i servizi e requisiti di un hotel 4 stelle, la gentilezza e discrezione di tutto il personale e anche la cordialità degli ospiti, per lo più stranieri.
