Adorable apartment with boutique designer interior and furniture. Each bedroom has separate designer bathroom in same colors. Great location, easy comunication with the hosts. Equipped kitchen, easy access.

No balcony, no elevator like most of the places - part of the authentic Rome feeling. Blankets should be refreshed / washed.

A suberbly decorated three bed three bathroom apartment with large airy living spaces, comfortable beds, plenty of crockery, cutlery etc., and good furnishings and fittings. Under ten minutes' walk from Termini station/Metro and on several bus routes, close to Sta. Maria Maggiore and around 10-15 minutes' walk to the Colosseum, Forum, Vittoriano. About 20-25 minutes' walk to Piazza Navona. The communication with the hosts beforehand was very good and timely, and we were met at the apartment and handed the keys, and given a brief tour and helpful information. The side street is generally quiet, just off Via Cavour. Note that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift, and access from Via Cavour is via a steepish flight of wide steps. Easier to take Via Paolina from Piazza Sta Maria Maggiore to connect to the street.

The washer/drier was very good, but we would have preferred to have had a clothes airer or washing line to dry clothes naturally, especially linen tops which don't much like being in a drier. An iron/ironing board would have been great. We had a room with the shower over the bath; our friends' rooms had dedicated showers and they found the floors of the showers very slippery indeed. The apartment is very opulent and very spacious for 5-6 people; the price is roughly equivalent to a 4/5 star hotel in a similar location, but is your own place for your stay.
