CASA LUWIH Newly Renovated 2BR Villa with Private Pool in Seminyak

This is our third stay and we love the setup and size for 2 friends holidaying together but not wanting to share a room. Rooms clean, comfortable and styled so as to feel modern, welcoming and contemporary but still Balinese. Room enough for 2 couples. Pool great and always sun and shade available. Super close to shops and restaurants. Feels secure and private. Gede and all the staff are excellent, friendly and very responsive if we needed anything or had a question about Casa Luwih.

The only negative is that there is a deposit that’s needs to be paid (very normal And reasonable and you expect that) however on checkout staff arrive quite early so as to ensure counting all items in kitchen as well as thorough long checking of sheets, turning over pillows and checking towels. I’m sure this is what the staff are told to do by management but it feels excessive and we weren’t sure what to expect would void our deposit so felt we needed to be extra careful. It seems as though people may have done wrong thing previously but also with the cost of the villa I thought that would cover to odd breakage or mark on white linen. For such a lovely place this left a bit of a negative feeling. In any case we would book again but worth a mention as have never encountered before and we both travel a lot.

Very clean. Spacious. Lovely pool area. Brilliant location.

Really can’t fault the property. Only have the smallest suggestion; a couple of additional amenities would have been handy; hand towels, tissues in the bathrooms.

ロケーションは最高でした。周りにレストランやブティックが多い繁華街のすぐ近くで、道もとても混雑しているような環境ですが、少し奥まった場所に立地しており、周りの喧騒が嘘のようにとても静かでした。 毎日のお部屋の掃除も行き届いており、とても清潔感がありました。

土曜日の午後、裏の家に子供が集まって遊んでいて、とても騒がしかったのが残念でした。

Great accessibility to the beach, cafes and shops in Seminyak. Rooms are spacious with lots of natural sunlight. Awesome for private tanning by the pool!

Can be noisy due to the neighbours but Seminyak is a lively area. Once the doors are closed in the villa you can get a good nights sleep
