La limpieza y el colchón

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y pasamos la primera noche mucho frío el calefactor del baño tampoco funcionaba ,la persona responsable se preocupó de conseguirnos un radiador y un calefactor pero los dos juntos saltaba la instalación

The owner Teresa was so nice and available for any problem: the hairdryer was broken and she bought a new one in a day, also she sent the air conditioner technician when it was not working! So nice. The house is full of every comfort, fiber wi-fi, amazing swimming pool and garden, 5 minutes walking from the beach and every kind of shop nearby.

The street to come back home is a little steep and tiring unfortunately, the bedroom had a window overlooking the street so in the morning it was a little noisy.

Safety , and cleanness

The key collection, it said the host would meet us and a few days before I was told they would be held in a kebab shop , it turns out it was a 10 minute walk late at night , we were dropped by a transfer company, then the code had expired, I felt very stressed and it took sever hours to get in , there was a few blocks and late at night it was unclear what building we were to go into , communication by phone was impossible because the host spoke no English and I have only basic spa, we then discovered no towel or toilet paper so couldn't shower after travelling, we were informed of beach towels would be at the apartment but there was none
