Colin was an excellent host, very friendly and offering us great advice on restaurants, local specialties and his local bakery just around the corner! He helped with our luggage on both arrival and departure which was much appreciated. We stayed in the Celestine Room which was very clean, comfortable, well-decorated and appointed.

It was a great place to stay, very central to Dieppe, with a good bakery just over the road.
The owner Colin made us very welcome and was happy to recommend various restaurants and places to go.
The house was pleasantly quirky with interesting decor and was well equipped. Everything worked well and it was very comfortable.
We went to the Saturday market in the town which was fabulous. Lots of local traders selling all sorts of food - we bought lots!

The hotel owner met us outside and showed us to our room. Although the language barrier was a challenge, we were able to understand each other. We're grateful for his understanding; he was able to explain the location of the nearby attractions, the embankment, the market, and restaurants.
The only thing I didn't like was that the bedspread was not fresh and needed to be washed.
