Die Fewo ist nicht so weit vom Zentrum entfernt und ruhig gelegen. Aus der dritten Etage hat man einen Blick auf ein renoviertes Gründerzeithaus oder in der Küche auf einen Park. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, selbst ein Kinderbett steht mit im Schlafzimmer. Etwas skurril sind die fast in jedem Raum befindlichen Uhren: jedes Exemplar zeigt eine andere Zeit.
Ein schmutziges Blech im Backofen (sicher von Vormietern hinterlassen) war nicht so schön, ein Tisch, auf dem sich zwischen Tischdecke und Wand Reste ebenfalls von Vormietern sammeln, ebenfalls nicht. Das reißen auch gehäkelte Sonnenblumen nicht raus. Schade, weil das ja leicht zu behebende Sachen sind - genauso wie die auf der rechten Seite ausgehängte Gardine in der Küche.
