The location was in a really cute neighborhood. The lock box for entry was rather difficult to find but other than that, the place was clean, the caretaker was friendly and it was close to a lot of cute coffee shops.
There isn't a whole lot I didn't like. The lock box with the keys were pretty difficult to find and it wasn't until the owner showed us where they are when we were able to check in.

Die Lage ist überragend: Der Stadtteil Queen Ann ist einer der schönsten von Seattle und zum besten Ausblick auf Downtown im Kerrypark sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Der Besitzer Greg wohnt im Haupthaus und es macht Spaß sich mit ihm zu unterhalten. Das Problem mit der Leiter wurde gelöst; eine neue solide Holzleiter wurde eingebaut.
Zu zweit ist es perfekt; mit Kind(ern) etwas eng, da man die Schlafcouch umbauen muss und kaum noch ins Bad kommt. Die Koordinaten bei Google stimmen nicht; am besten den eingezeichneten Marker von Booking.com ansteuern.

Very clean & aesthetically pleasing to be in
There was heating/cooling marked that they “had” it available on the website but when we got there our thermostat wouldn’t move past 80 in the room as the “coldest” so we were better off going in town & doing things. Than in the house where it got up to 110 Fahrenheit one day around 1 pm. So we were very disappointed in being cooked like hotdogs while at our stay.
