Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro di Cinquale. Servizi vicini: farmacia, bar, alimentari. Condomino tranquillo. Bella la balconata che circonda l'appartamento. Bellissima vista. Ottimo il posto auto disponibile.
La struttura esterna è da ristrutturare ma l'appartamento è a posto. Il bagno cieco ha la solita luce rumorosa, magari si potrebbe pensare ad una modifica.
