More information by the provider: Relaxing, quiet, modern equipped 2-room apartment (54 m2) plus 14 m2 balcony in an apartment house at 1200 meters altitude on the south-facing sun terrace above Engelberg - about 2 km from the village center - with direct view of the Titlis Massif, the highest peak of Engelberg. This fully furnished apartment with best comfort offers space for 2 adults and 2 children and is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment house. A 70-step staircase leads from the garage up to the apartment. In winter, access to this apartment is possible only by 4x4 vehicle, tire chains, free ski bus or cab. A non-heated garage with a parking space in front of the garage is included in the rental price. In the living room there are two pull-out sofa beds, a TV, radio and high-speed internet, as well as a dining area with table and chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and induction hotplates. In the bathroom it has a bath/shower and electric towel dryer/heater. The bedroom is equipped with 2 x 90cm wide beds, electric heating and built-in wardrobes. It has a 14 m2 balcony with some furniture, 2 sun tubes and with a 5-star view of the whole Engelberg valley and the Titlis. For general use; in the laundry room of the house there are 2 washing machines and a dryer. In addition, it has a corner for storing hiking and ski boots. Pets are allowed. NON-SMOKING apartment.
