L'emplacement du lieu, l'équipement complet du logement, la propreté, le rapport qualité prix, le système de remise des clés.
Petit bémol : seul le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait plus (nous avons nettoyé les bras de lavage bouchées pour qu'il fonctionne à nouveau). Le manque d'isolation phonique entre salon et chambres, qui s'est géré par une gestion silencieuse de la vie familiale.

L'emplacement du gîte.
Manque de propreté. On a du réclamer un balais. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas ; nous l'avons signalé. Extérieur non entretenu, un rat se baladait sur la terrasse.
