L'emplacement qui est proche de toute commodité, l'appartement est lumineux et agréable, bien agencé.Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour.Il est facile de se garer.
Plusieurs petits détails qui mériteraient d'être corrigés...la propreté, les couverts qui sont vieillissants, des meubles cassés,un grille-pain qui fait disjoncter lorsqu'on l'utilise. Et le gros point négatif qui n'est pas du fait de l'appartement, le bruit tout les soirs,en cause un bar, il est impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.
