The location is exceptional - we loved the morning bells from the Duomo 💙🫶🏻
Our Check in was top notch service from beginning to end. Wonderful communication already before arrival, so many tips and helpful advices as I had a knee surgery before and was quite limited.

Views of the main square were terrific and, therefore, provided excellent access to the historical centre of Florence. The rooms were large and clean.
The bathroom was way too small in comparison to the rest of the apartment, where it seemed a lot of space was wasted. We had to wait almost an hour in nearly 40° heat, because the owner was uncontactable. The front bedroom experiences noise well into the early hours as a direct result of its location.
