Semi-detached mas of 68 m² offering on 2 levels a living room with equipped open plan kitchen and storeroom opening onto the terrace with loggia space, all overlooking the hill, 2 bedrooms with cupboards (1 with a 160 double bed and 1 with 2 single beds 0,9 / 1,9), a shower room with window, separate toilet.
Free wi-fi included. One numbered free parking space.
Acces to the house after 15 steps down.
Rental house hold linen : 20 € double bed, 10 € single bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.
The Mas de Gigaro is a closed and guarded estate with a collective pool at 400 m from june to september (10 €/pers./week + deposit 50 €; free for children under 7 years old) and 4 tennis courts (deposit 120 € + 40 € / week).
Gigaro beach less than 1km with its coastal path (pedestrian and mountain bike) and its sea path, its restaurants with their feet in the water, its mini-market open from March to October, free shuttle to La Croix Valmer from June to September.

Very clean and well kept club/property well located for beach and local restaurants. Easy access to St Tropez through pretty back roads lined by vineyards. Accommodation well kept, with all you need in kitchen. Nice garden with shade to escape the heat. A bit hot at night but fans helped!
