Please note pets are allowed for non refundable $40 per pet fee. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Please clean up after your pets waste and hair. You will be responsible to take care of any stains & damages your pet leaves behind.
FAILURE TO OBEY PET RULES WILL RESULT IN $200+ PENALTY FEE

This is our second time staying at this property and we’re very happy. In fact, we’ve already booked again for the same time next year.
For our needs, it is a perfect location. It’s close to the bike path and a short driving distance to any and everything you may need. That said, it’s not a neighborhood that I would go out walking by myself, but we’ve never had any issues.
The house is old so there are, naturally, a few things that are outdated or old in appearance. But everything was in working order and appeared clean.
The host was kind, informative, and quick to respond.
