About this house rental
This three-bedroom home gives you an at-home feel. Spacious kitchen with big bedrooms and air conditioning on all floors. Nestled in the mountain woods with complete privacy all around. Big den downstairs for the kids while the adults enjoy quiet time in the living room. One bedroom has a king bed and bunkbeds, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and bunkbeds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. In the basement area, you have a sleeper sofa. Paved driveway leading to the ramps giving handicapped access to the two entry levels. (Driveway is steep, but you are in the mountains) Sit outside on the porch and enjoy the solitude while watching the wildlife all around. Only a minute's drive to all the amenities Sugar Mountain has to offer, golf, tennis, skiing, ice skating, and tubing. Sleeping for 12 allows you to bring the whole family. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

The cabin has lots of beds, plenty of room and fully equipted kitchen. Thr location is close to the ski slopes, Grandfather Mountain and great restaurants.

This place was amazing. We had a wonderful stay. The premises were pretty clean, other than a few cobwebs in the corners. The only issue we had was one of the chairs broke on its own when sat in. Other than that it was perfect.

Beautiful home with lots of parking, beds are comfortable and the heat works great! Just a couple minute drive to sugar mountain ski resort, I had a great trip here I highly recommend!

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

Layout was accurate, and it's close to the resort, but overall it just didn't feel very clean. There was a used washcloth from the guests before us left in the tub leading me to question whether it had been clean. The air fryer was so greasy I have no doubts it wasn't clean. Spoons and cups had residue as if not cleaned just put back. Those small things made the whole thing feel dirty. That being said, the layout is nice and it fit our needs, but I wouldn't stay there again or recommend, based solely on those details.
