The property was great, clean and beautiful. My only issue was no communication with anyone from the property till I called VRBO to obtain a phone number. Once I spoke to Alfonso then everything went smoothly.

I stayed in this luxurious, renovated studio apartment for three weeks!! it is beautiful, functional, clean and comfortable. It has wonderful setbacks from the other buildings, so that you can enjoy the sun and have some space. West facing large balcony. Partial view of Vesuvius. Great neighborhood. The proprietor, Alfonso, has provided everything needed, and was always available. His staff cleaned my room every third day, which was a nice surprise, because VRBOs usually do not provide this. Very quiet, secure surroundings. Grocery store on the corner, green grocer shop even closer, Circumvesuviana station a 5 minute walk away, TrenItalia station 10 minute walk, Pompei Scavi, 15 minute walk away through the charming walking street Via Roma. Lots of excellent restaurants in town. Pompei is a perfect base camp for exploring all of the Bay of Naples, I will definitely stay here again.

Bed was hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable. Woke up with a back ache every morning. Everything else was good but OMG that bed was horrible.
