We had a group of 10 stay at David's place. It was great and comfortably fit all of us. Exactly as described with a superb location. Would definitely recommend, especially for groups coming in for a Notre Dame football game. David was a great communicator the whole way as well!

The living room is great. Kitchen could use update, bathrooms are tricky with septic system. Property manager was very responsive. Close to busy Street. Location is within walking distance to ND campus.

The house is exactly as described and in pictures. The house is very clean with lots of linens. Laundy easy to use for longer stays. Close to campus, Martins grocery store and many restaurants. Rooms are spacious especially the master. Good wifi. Refrigerator in the garage if you need extra fridge space. Nice decor, good kitchen supplies, good water pressure. The best is the communication with the property manager/owner! I highly recommend this house.
