Accommodation description:
You can fully enjoy your holiday in this high-quality furnished lodge. It is located in a modern semi-detached house and is equipped with luxury facilities. After a day in the beautiful region, you will fully unwind in the relaxation room with sauna, and the well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare the most delicious dishes. From the terrace you can take the most beautiful holiday photos!
Just 20 minutes from the accommodation, you can take the Porsche Design gondola to the Schmitten ski area in winter. Both beginners and families with children get their money's worth on the quiet slopes near the Niedernsill lifts. Here, there is a beginner's lift with a length of about 300 m and a drag lift with a length of about 600 m. By car, you can also easily reach the ski areas of Zell am See-Kaprun and the Kitzbühel Alps.
The recreational lake in Niedernsill brings wonderful cooling on hot summer days. Between Piesendorf and Niedernsill, hikers can explore the impressive cultural landscape trail. From here you also have a wonderful view of the Salzach valley!
Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted

Schönes Haus!
Die Küche ist ordentlich eingerichtet, allerdings gibt es weder Rührgerät noch Küchenwaage, was das kochen etwas beschwerlich macht.
Die Zimmer sind klein und beinhalten neben einem kleinen Schrank und einem Bett inklusive Nachttisch nichts weiter als einen schmalen Gang um das Bett herum. Etwas mehr Platz ist lediglich im Zimmer mit den 2 Stockbetten.
Der Wohnbereich ist sehr schön und entschädigt für die kleinen Zimmer.

Sehr schönes, neues Haus mit schöner Sauna, in dem wir mit 10 Personen eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht haben, alles war sehr schön eingerichtet.
