Our studio apartment is situated on the 1st floor in a Grade II listed building located in the heart of the historic North Yorkshire market town of Malton. The studio has a contemporary design feel to it while at the same time it has retained its old 19 century look and character. Good location, nice clean room

It was easily self service, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean with great facilities including a fan and extra pillows/blankets.
Our room was very hot with the window shut. There was no toilet roll and only 2 teabags but we had both with us anyway so didn't mention it at the time.

Great location for town activities and local transportation opportunities. Good shower, with hot water. Good kitchen area for cooking in. Good heating system managed by remote access. Andy Norman great facilitator for special request re heating. Sinks, toilet, shower and kitchen appliances very clean.
