Prepare everyone's favorite meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen, dine at the table for six, and then kick back in the living area to watch something on the DirecTV-equipped flatscreen TV. And outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air from your furnished front porch or partially-covered rear deck, and then gather around the firepit out in the yard and watch the stars come out.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Great house located at 3700 ft elevation brings cool July temperatures. Amazingly clean and well appointed even including detergent pods for laundry. Fantastic direct tv via satellite - however, wifi is slooow…so be prepared to get off the net for a few days.
Wonderful deck and porch that truly does have one “up in the trees” breathing fresh cool mountain air.
