Located on an extra large lot with stunning 180-degree views of the San Jacinto mountains and the Dry Falls, the home offers a private and peaceful getaway in Palm Springs premiere Vista Las Palmas neighborhood. Located less than a mile from the world famous Palm Canyon Drive as it travels through the Uptown Design District, you will be on a scenic stroll to the best restaurants, shops, boutiques and night spots.
Each of the three bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress and luxury linens. The master bedroom features a King-size bed with a 50-inch HDTV and AppleTV, a large closet and a sliding glass door that offers direct access to the backyard pool area. It also includes a renovated ensuite bathroom with a single vanity sink, a walk-in shower and a door to access the backyard pool area.
Guest bedroom #2 provides a King-size bed and large closet.
Guest bedroom #3 features a Queen-size bed and walk-in closet.
The renovated Guest bathroom is located in the hallway and in-between the two guest bedrooms. There is a tub/shower and a single vanity sink.
Vista Las Palmas is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. It’s sometimes referred to as the ‘Beverly Hills’ of Palm Springs. This very affluent neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owners themselves. Special events are not allowed.

We absolutely love this property and will be looking to book it time and time again in future visits. Lauren was a delight to work with as was Craig. Just perfect all around - the neighborhood, the views, the house, and the pool! I can't rave enough about how wonderful this trip was and how perfect the house was for our needs.
