This was a very comfortable home with a beautiful view, situated in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. And communication with the management company was seamless.

Nice but not great. The location is way out of town, it's any a couple of miles but the road is a twisty mess that takes a long time to navigate. Once there the neighborhood is a bit rough. Inside there is no seating for dinning. Just a small corner table that seats 4 and a separate counter that seats two. They claim you can sleep 8 but the fold out sofa is in one of the bedrooms. Would be ok for small kids but not a separate couple. The property management company is slow to respond and can not be reached on the weekend. On the plus side the master bedroom and deck have a great view, the place was clean and being right in the river is really nice. Overall I would recommend it for up to 6 guests that don't want to eat together.
