"Sunset Hideaway", a coastal peaceful comfortable spacious traditional and unconventional home built in 2021. With a reverse floor plan and large windows, you can watch the waves crashing on the beach and the Neahkahnie Mountain all day long form the comfort of the living room. An under 1 min walk gets you on a beautiful large beach whenever you feel like. A covered front balcony with expansive ocean views, dining table for 5, 4 comfortable Adirondack chairs, invites you often to feel the ocean breeze and hear the sound of crashing waves.
Neahkahnie Beach is the more beautiful, private, quiet, part of Manzanita beach, located where Neahkahnie Mountain meets the ocean yet in walking distance (14 minutes walk on the beach if you like) to Manzanita's restaurants and shops.
The house is located in a peaceful place with little "local only" traffic where you can hear the birds singing through every open window of the house.
The back patio with grill and picnic table for 6, has Neahkahnie Mountain view. The memory foam comfortable mattresses will give you a deep long night sleep in the strong fresh ocean air. All 4 bedrooms and the den, have tables you can work on. One bedroom has a UHD computer monitor.
The living room upstairs has fireplace.
The den downstairs, doesn't have a door, it's on a different level than the rest of the house and can be accessed via stairs from the upstairs great room or from outside. The downstairs den has its own private bathroom, closet, one queen sofa bed (American Leather - the best sofa bed brand on the market), a twin bed + trundle.
The dining table has 12 comfortable chairs. The kitchen island has 4 counter height chairs
In the house you can find:
1 child’s highchair, 2 X Graco pack' n plays with mattresses + 3 sheets for mattress, stepping stool, kids dinnerware.
Cotton bed linens with duvet covers washed after every guest(sorry, no top sheets), extra blankets and pillows.
High speed internet, wi-fi, wired telephone for local/US calls, XBox One S + 1 controller
Roku Spectrum app to watch live cable TV in any room when you log in with your own account if you have subscriptions.
10 beach chairs, 12 beach towels, 1 beach umbrella.
12 sets of towels and 12 twin comforters with duvet covers (you can find 4 in the living downstairs). Hair dryers in all 4 bathrooms.

This house was absolutely beautiful. Me and my family had a wonderful time staying here. We stayed here with our 3 adult children and with our oldest’s fiancée. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for us.

We all had a wonderful time!All in all was a very nice place but a few drawbacks were:We were disappointed with the bushes blocking the ocean view .... pictures online show you can see ocean much better than you can now. Can only see beach/ocean to the north. Not sure who the bushes belong to but they should be trimmed. The area is very pretty and nice. Road between house and beach was way busier than described though. Also would have preferred a top sheet instead of a duvet because duvet made us hot during the night even though the temp was cool.

Pristine clean. High quality supplies. Well stocked kitchen. Well thought out for kids and families. Great views of the ocean. Plenty of toys and chairs to take to the beach. Abundance of TVs with an Xbox and ping pong table for entertainment. Our main criticism is lack of storage/cupboard space for food since there is a sign to not leave food on the counters because it attracts ants (which is sadly true).
