The downstairs Master bedroom is simply stunning. In it, you'll find a king-size bed, plenty of space for your belongings, and direct access to the upper deck where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape.
When you're ready to retire for the evening, head upstairs where you'll find three cozy bedrooms ready to provide you with restful sleep. The second bedroom houses a king-size bed while the third and fourth bedrooms provide a restful sleep with a Queen-size bed in each. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home on 2.2 acres. The lake is very low but the property was just beautiful with lovely sunsets off the balcony. We took morning and evening strolls in the neighborhood and saw deer and cardinals each time. This property was great for all ages. The only issue we had was low water pressure. Not sure if this was due to low lake levels or something specific to the house. We visited Blanco and the Guadalupe River State Park while we were here and thoroughly enjoyed both. We will definitely return again.

The home was welcoming and beautiful, lake front and hot tub a major plus. We only used 2 of the large 4 beautiful bedrooms. Bathrooms were a bit smaller than I had hoped. but it was a great long weekend with beautiful weather. Beautiful colorful sunsets from the back porch every night, another major plus. Wished we used the big fire pit but Mother Nature decided to have 20 howling winds that night. Property is great and we had a fun time playing basketball with kids as well house had lots for us to remain entertained.
