Welcome to Key West Cabana, a beautifully appointed single-level home offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and island charm. Nestled on Petronia Street between Simonton and Duval, this quaint 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house puts you just steps away from the world-famous Duval Street and a short stroll to some of Old Town’s best eateries and attractions.
Step inside to discover a spacious open floor plan designed for relaxation and entertaining. The living area features two comfortable sofas (including a sofa sleeper), an additional sitting chair, and a large 65” flat screen smart TV, making it an ideal space to unwind after a day exploring the island. The formal dining area seats up to 8 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together, while a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen offers a convenient spot for casual dining or remote work.
Both bedrooms are generously sized and thoughtfully furnished. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, a 45” flat screen smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity. The guest bedroom comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two full-size beds and a 42” flat screen smart TV. Each bedroom has French doors that open to a private patio — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet moment outdoors.
Two full bathrooms offer added convenience: the guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo with a double vanity and houses a full-size washer and dryer, making longer stays a breeze.
Outside, you’ll find your own private paradise. The large 20 x 10-foot pool has recently been resurfaced and is fully fenced for privacy. Lounge by the pool, watch your favorite shows on one of the two outdoor flat screen Fire Stick TVs, or enjoy a refreshing drink at the spacious custom outdoor bar complete with refrigeration. There are two comfortable lounge areas and a conversation set with a table — perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or hosting a barbecue.
Additional amenities include assigned parking for two cars right next to the unit, making it easy if you decide to bring a vehicle. And if you visit during the cooler months (November 15 – May 1), you can opt for pool heating for just $20 per day — please arrange this prior to check-in.

This property is exactly as listed. It was immaculate! Only 1/2 block and exceptionally quiet. The roosters are lively - nothing ear plugs or a noise machine can’t take care of.
It was especially nice to have a keyless entry so we didn’t have to mess with keys.
Management responded in a timely fashion to any questions we had.
The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. The kitchen appliances and washer and dryer are top-notch!
The fans in the bathroom are loud, but work well.
Book this location! We have stayed in multiple spaces in Key West. This is one of the nicest.

This property was better than expected. We feared the location just up from Duvall and 801 Bourbon may have been a mistake but happily, we were wrong. It was quiet and lovely— easy walking/biking to everywhere we wanted to go. The house itself was more spacious than I expected, the pool bigger, and it came with plenty of beach and bath towels, books, games, two rideable bikes, etc. The kitchen, while tight, was well stocked with more than enough dishes, pots/pans, great stove and fridge/freezer with good ice maker. The back patio offered two TVs and the pool, grill and furniture ensured many enjoyable hours, especially during the weekend my 8 and 5 year old grandkids came down. A gem of a property, for sure!

Steps away from Duval St, conveniently close to middle of the approximately mile-long street, we were easily able to walk to our destinations at any time. Pool was fun for all! Home had all the necessities plus nice added touches in every room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice comfortable home but we had numerous issues during our stay. Iguana poop on deck and in pool, AC freezing up, broken keypad locked us out late at night with no emergency phone to property managers, pool heater broke. Problems were dealt with/fixed but not how you want to spend your vacation.
