Fantastic property to get away, enjoy nature and forget the world! However, close enough to enjoy the wonderful entertainment of Mountainview and go to store or restaurant if you choose.

We loved our stay. Perfect for a family stay. We saw the eagles nest and and eagle while there. We saw the deer and hummingbirds. The property golf cart was very useful to explore the huge 470 acres. We loved the White River and Rocky Bayou and the cayak, canoe and flatboat. It's a long drive on the gravel/dirt road to get there but well worth it.

Mostly it was great. There was miscommunication around the pet fee, which isn’t accurately disclosed in the listing and caused some issues. But the hosts were kind and Doc showed us around the property.

Great get away for three families. Lots of outdoor space to find your peace. Beautiful remote location that provides so many opportunities to make memories. The owner has some great vision on what has been accomplished and what is to come. The hosts were great from booking to check out. Always there to answer any questions and ensure a great time at the property.
