This was a very clean property overall just a few little quirks. The grout in between the floor boards make the boards a little dusty, so we always wore our slippers inside. The bathroom was fine but there's a big step coming out of the tub that unless you are prepared for could be a little treacherous. The bedside lamps on the second floor did not work so that was kind of annoying when we were trying to get to bed with the lights out. The microwave above the stove did not work but there was another tiny one next to the fridge that we used. With all that said, this place was in a great little neighborhood location near Savannah State University, 20 minute walk to campus. The AC was super cold and revived us after our long days in the hot/humid weather.

We stayed here while we were down in Savannah to see our son for SCAD's Parent/Alumni Weekend. This was a nice little place in a decent location. It was easy access to downtown Savannah but off the beaten path a little, so it was very quiet.The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our visit.

Comfortable stay with a few flaws.
The kitchen was well stocked except a much needed can opener. Imagine us opening a cans without it. I also noticed no wine bottle opener.
The electrical socket near the desk didn’t work at all. Overall, the electrical switches were confusing not knowing what each did. Some seemingly did nothing. Having them labeled would help.
And, the backyard garden (along the fence and in front of porch door) was overgrown. But, lawn was mowed.
Otherwise, the place was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable and nice closet space downstairs. No closets upstairs.
After my rental on VRBO, I went onto the property manager linked page and found I had to pay an extra fee for the dog separately from what I was charged on VRBO.
