Comfortable home, convenient to beaches, shopping, Balboa Island. Mary Beth was very good at communicating and made it easy. I didn't realize it is a primary home, not a rental, which made it "homey" with all amenities of staying with a friend. Appreciated it being dog friendly.

What a nice property. This is my 3rd experience with VRBO and I must say, I would definitely book this property again. It’s centrally located to Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach is 20minutes away. I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the master bath was very nice as was the kitchen and living room area. We were able to bring our special needs dog and he loved it as well.

This was my first Christmas since my husband had passed away and the host was amazing! The home was decorated so beautiful for the holidays and really lifted my spirit. My grand puppy loved all the walking trails and all the dog amenities too!!

This house was very roomy, clean and felt like home. The location was very good and convenient for where we were going on our trip. Walking distance to coffee was key. Beds were very comfortable too.
