We kindly ask if you have more people than allowed/are planning a party/event, please don't request a booking. We don't operate as a venue. We kindly advise that our property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies persisting in the family.

One room features a queen bed and twin sleeper, while the other offers flexibility with two queen beds and a twin sleeper. For added convenience, we provide queen air mattresses and electric pumps in each bedroom, expanding sleeping options. Need more space? A comfortable queen sleeper sofa is available in the first-floor home office, granting direct access to the enclosed courtyard. Each bedroom is equipped with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, ensuring a private haven for your relaxation.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! The view and outdoor area was spectacular. Kitchen was well stocked and the entire house was clean.

Truly, such a stunning property… Everything about it was just so serene, we truly didn’t want to leave. We are already starting to plan a golf trip so we can have an excuse to come back. We stayed for our cousins wedding at the Mederas golf club. So close, we had two small babies - we zipped home after cocktail hour with a sitter and zipped back and didn’t miss a beat. We wouldn’t have any complaints if the listing had been a little more specific about bedrooms. It says 3 bedrooms but really it’s 2 and an office with a pull out bed that is truly uncomfortable. Great for a small child but my elderly parents had to sleep on that thing - and my dad ended up sleeping on the couch the second night due to discomfort (the couches are very comfortable) So, just be aware of that - that the upstairs bedrooms are really the only rooms with comfortable beds. The mini twin beds in both rooms are far more comfortable than the mattress on the pullout couch downstairs. The normal beds are super comfortable. The rooms aren’t completely dark but when you wake to a view like that - who could be upset? The house came equipped with blow up mattresses and bedding - all very organized and very clean. Truly, the house is immaculate. The view is breath taking - the pictures don’t do it justice. Hoping to be back just have to strategize where my parents would sleep.

Overall the home and experience was great. The pool and it’s location are amazing. Their is plenty of space for everyone. We were in Poway for our son’s wedding and I rented this home for my parents and family to stay. My husband and I slept in one of the two bedrooms in the main home. While the downstairs air conditioning worked very well, the upstairs did not. At night it would get to be 88 degrees in those bedrooms. My brother and his wife were in the other bedroom. Their ceiling fan did not turn on, so no AC and no ceiling fan. It was extremely hot. Four nights of not sleeping and trying to get dressed for a wedding in the heat was very disappointing. The owner was very receptive and instantly wrote back, however, he said to turn the AC to cool. How silly, we are very techy and tried everything, including downloading the manual for the ac unit. For the price point on the rental, AC should work. I’m an insurance agent and details matter. There were exposed wires on some of the outside features, extension cords running where they shouldn’t. The rug in the kitchen did not have a pad for slipping, the stove dials kept turning. The two dishwashers we’re not functional, the ice machine did not dispense, the windows in the kitchen were so dirty, and the amount of light switches that were inoperable all led to our disappointment. The sheets on the bed were mediocre, pillows were subpar. Someone brought the garbage cans up to the house at 1:15am the first night. They made so much noise that it woke me up. Why would someone be there at 1:15am. We’re used to staying at 5 star luxury resorts. As long as you understand this is not the case and the ac doesn’t work properly upstairs, this is a great location and a decent home. They just need to update and repair some items then this would have the potential of being a luxury home. As for us, We will return to staying at a 5 star resort vs trying to navigate someone else’s version of luxury.
