Great house with open space concept, plenty of room for six adults and five children. Nice hot tub outside and 2-car garage. Location was very nice near downtown and lake. Communication with manager was very good and prompt.

We loved our stay! We felt comfortable, but also each had our own space to stay.

Cute house but so many cons, extremely dissatisfied
-Dust on furniture in nearly every room
-The dishes in the cupboards were dirty!
-My crawling baby kept finding old food and trash on the floors
-Such a loud echoing house no one could stay up talking without keeping others awake
-The fact we have to wash all the towels before we checkout?! That’s like 3 loads with our size family and we don’t have time that’s why we PAID to stay here…
-There was 5 stinky trash bags of garbage left in the garage, the entire stay.
-Curtains broken, no privacy in king bedroom upstairs, the neighbors window looks right in
-Shower mats were never washed before us, hair, stains and dirt all over them
-Pink mold in both showers
-Hair in drain of downstairs bathroom and all over the tile
-Carpet was stretched out and a tripping hazard upstairs
-No propane in outdoor fireplace
-Wi-Fi stopped working
-Hot tub was not turned up for us
-Coffee left in maker, started to smell
-No extra toilet paper under the sink in master
-Found tablet of previous guest under bed
-Ran out of Kleenex in upstairs bathroom
-The Camera in the living room! Total invasion of privacy
- Not a close walk to town as advertised
We had a family reunion and so wanted to enjoy this but were so grossed out and disappointed especially for the amount we paid to stay here. Never again will we stay with this company.
