We stayed in apt 2 and it was perfect for a mother/daughter trip. Lu’o’ng was beyond nice and very attentive. The location is awesome. It’s a 10-15 min walk to Santana Row and the Westfield Valley Fair Mall. If you don’t want to walk there is free parking near Santana Row. So many restaurants and fantastic shopping. There is a lemon tree in the front yard and I picked a few and they were so flavorful! My other daughter goes to Santa Clara so I will be back often.

This property was perfect for our short stay in San Jose. The owners were very responsive and overall great communicators. Being able to walk to Santana Row was perfect. The check in process could not have been easier. I would definitely rent this place again when returning to San Jose.

My fiancé, her parents, and I were up in San Jose to visit their family and decided to stay here. The place was nice felt clean and was in a good location for us. Do (the host) is very attentive and nice, even supplying snacks and drinks at the vrbo. I would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in this area.

I think the Airbnb was nice but the deposit situation left a bad taste in my mouth. The owner asked for an additional deposit right before we were supposed to get access to the place and would not give us the code until we gave them the additional funds outside of the app.
This scenario caused us to be late to the event we were going to. They also didn't answer their phone when we were trying to call them to resolve.
Their communication after the fact was good, but that whole situation caused for unnecessary issues, and I don't feel that transactions should be happening outside of the app since it leaves the renter unprotected.
