About this cottage rental

Beautifully remodeled Tiny House in a great neighborhood conveniently located just of the MLK Expressway. You’ll be minutes away from Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, Garvan Woodland Gardens, and Downtown Hot Springs. The unit features all brand new furniture including a cooling gel queen size mattress, under bed drawer storage to keep your belongings neatly tucked away, a comfy leather couch, and a full size washer and dryer. Unit has a small view of Lake Hamilton and boat dock available for use with extra $50/night fee for boat stall. Launching ramp close by with truck and trailer parking on property.

This property was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean and comfortable. Jennifer was very quick to respond if I had a question. Location was only about 15 minutes from the main downtown area. Would definitely stay here again!
