Looking for convenience, we have the location! Just 1 mile from The Parkway & minutes from Dollywood & the Great Smoky Mountains.
Our Chalet boasts a front & back deck to relax on after an exciting day at Dollywood or after a day hike in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom, the 2nd bedroom located on the other side of the house is connected to the 2nd hall bathroom. The 3rd bedroom (known as the "Downstairs Suite") is located downstairs with plenty of privacy for another couple or a great place for the kids. This 3rd bedroom suite also comes with a pull-out couch with new Memory Foam Mattress.
Each bedroom and the living room features a mounted flat-screen TV & a ceiling fan to help everyone unwind in comfort. High speed internet is included.
Our open kitchen comes complete with full-size appliances, Microwave, multiple Coffee Maker(s) - 12 Cup Drip and Keurig Single Cup Coffee Makers, Coffee Carafe, Air Fryer, Crockpot, Toaster, Blender, Neutra Bullet, Roaster & Electric Knife, Dishwasher & plenty of counter space. Fully stocked with plenty of cookware, plate-ware, glassware, coffee cups, eating & cooking utensils.
Our recently added Game Room will keep everyone busy. Ping Ping amd Arcade Game with over 60 games to chose from. Board Games and Books are also available.
“Greenlights & Sunshine” is the perfect location with being so close to all the attractions, restaurants, entertainment and the excitement of Pigeon Forge with a short drive to Gatlinburg.
In case you are planning a multiple family gathering, we have friends that have a Vacation Home just a few homes away from ours. It is available on VRBO. Please contact me for the Listing Number and to make arrangements on how to rent both homes.

Friendly host, great location, clean space with helpful reminders all around of how to use and care for the space. The gaming area downstairs is AWESOME. We had a stressful drive in and that space really helped up start off our trip on a high note by letting us let loose and have fun. Great place, have already recommended it to other Dollywood friends!

The house was perfect for our family. Everything would could have needed, was there. Cynthia thought if everything and then some. I wish I could give her more stars. We will definitely be booking with her again.

The host is very accommodating & was so easy to work. Great communication! The house is a couple turns from the Parkway strip. We totalled enjoyed our stay. The game room & toys were awesome! The topping of a great trip!
