Whether you’re here for a ski weekend, or a reasonably priced stay during any season, our rooms are always clean and ready for your arrival. This room is located on the third level, includes a mini-fridge beneath your 43 inch Smart TV with Netflix configured, and free high-speed WIFI. This private room has two queen beds with fresh linens sleeping a maximum of 4 people. Your en-suite full-sized bathroom is stocked with bathroom amenities and towels.

Stayed in 304. Overall nice - could've been cleaner (shower, crumbs in drawers) and could've used some cups, shampoo, hand soap). Couldn't get wifi to work but TV had good selections. Common area nice with big TV and Fortnite Monopoly. Could also use more hooks for wet ski clothes. Beds comfy, easy parking and access to town. Thanks!!!

Came to Ellicottville for Fall Fest and it was the perfect place to stay for the weekend and a quick walk into town.

The location is good, but the room wasn’t quite what we expected for the price we paid. The room was furnished with mix matched furniture and had a weird layout with a door in the bathroom leading to the main hallway.
Just not the kind of accommodations you would expect for the cost.
