The Garden House at Oak & Vine is nestled amongst Oak trees and overlooks Chef’s Garden and rural countryside. The property is home to 46 acres of natural Central Coast beauty, and recently planted 15-acre vineyard of Rhône varietal grapes. The modern farmhouse design of this vacation home is delivered with style. With an abundance of natural light, flowing open floor plan, and expansive outdoor decks, Garden House is exceptional for entertaining. Wine and food aficionados will appreciate the large, well-appointed kitchen with top-of-the-line Fisher & Paykel appliances, Fisher & Paykel wine refrigerator, and a full-service bar. ~~~~~
Each of the five bedrooms enjoy supremely comfortable beds with custom wood headboards, Puffy mattresses, and contemporary fixtures. There are four modern, farm style bathrooms in the home. Just off the chef’s kitchen, guests will enjoy a large, family-style dining room with a beautiful countryside view. The outdoor spaces invite you to indulge in the organic surroundings, which make the grounds at Garden House unique. During the day, we invite you to visit the Chef’s Garden and enjoy the property and our many Oak trees. Or we encourage you to take a walk to a few of our winery neighbors, such as Turley, Donati, Aron Hill and Linne Calodo. If you are looking for a relaxing experience and privacy, this extraordinary Paso Robles Wine Country home is not to be missed!! ~~~~ Enjoy the beautiful countryside, while Chef & Mixologist prepare an amazing meal for you and your guests. Group cooking classes and mixology classes are also available. 72 hours’ notice is needed for all catering services, upon availability.

***This home requires a 10% base rent security deposit. This deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation of the reservation. ***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Beautiful property! We were a group of adults and kids - everyone was comfortable and had a blast. The kids loved exploring the property - lots of great outdoor space. Really a magical place. We would definitely stay again.

had an awesome experience at this beautiful property in Paso celebrating a 50th birthday. the home was beautiful and the property, with its 47 acres was stunning. we were able to hike the vineyard and walked across the street for a wine tasting. great trip!

We had my 50th birthday party in the Garden House. It was phenomenal! We had 8 people stay in the house. We had dinners prepared by Justin, Colin, and their team each night. We had an amazing breakfast spread prepared by them as well. Collin provided a fun experience with his mixology skills! We had made to order Margaritas on the day of arrival which was good since the rest of the weekend was filled with enjoying the locals wine! Don’t miss going to Cairjn tasting room (which is coming soon). We got a sneak peak.
I don’t usually do reviews (only bc I get busy one I get home). I could not miss shouting out what a special place this is. The warmth of the home and the hospitality of the team made this the best birthday experience I could have imagined.
If you are looking for an EXPERIENCE (which is completely customizable) you have found the right place. My expectations are high when it comes to service and comfort. This place exceeded all my expectations.
