This brand-new, all-suite 3BR/3.5BA townhome is nestled between the Bay and the Gulf, offering a dreamy retreat in the heart of the resort. With easy access to the Gulf, guests can enjoy the resort’s VIP Beach Experience and sparkling pool. The 9-hole Palmilla Beach golf course winds through the resort community, incorporating the best of proper links-style play with inspired greens and lush fairways.
This newly constructed townhome boasts three levels of upscale living space and luxe furnishings, with beautiful views from the private balconies. After eventual days, return to your home for relaxation and leisure. Unwind on comfortable furnishings in the living room and stream your favorite films on the 50' TV . A lofted, second living area outfitted with an additional TV, a sofa, and twin-over-twin bunk bed provides another gathering space. The kitchen feature sparkling appliances and bar seating, perfect for morning coffee and sampling dinner that can be shared family-style at the dining table.
This townhome sleeps up to 12 guests between three bedrooms, the living room, and loft area. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The primary bedroom boasts a stately king-size bed and 42” smart TV while the second bedroom features a king-size bed, 50” smart TV, and private balcony. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. When the group settles into their sleeping arrangements, they can enjoy further their enjoyment with complimentary WiFi and Roku TV, as the washer/dryer whirls the day's laundry. A new day awaits tomorrow!
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

We really enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of space! I might recommend some gates for the stairs if families would be staying here because of how steep the steps are. We brought our own but needed 2. Not necessary but could be helpful for families! The only thing I would say that bothered me a little was in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. The door did not have any cover/shades and you can see into most of the room through the windows on the door. Felt uncomfortable with houses directly across being able to see into it. We are also not morning people & the sun was beaming in my eyes at 7am making it hard to get some extra sleep. Aside from that we loved how close we were to a pool & plenty of parking! Not a long walk from the boardwalk either. Will definitely plan another trip!

We loved our stay at Gabby’s Retreat. Location is great, right next to a pool. House is perfect for a family with a bunch of kids. Furniture is nothing extravagant, but perfect for kids. House was clean and bright. Mattresses and pillows were surprisingly good—everyone slept well and there were more mattresses than needed. Kids loved the third floor game room, which came equipped with a PS4 and great couch plus cozy bunk beds.
Only weird things related to the place were:
1) a couple large, vertical windows without coverings next to doors. My daughter didn’t want to sleep in one of the rooms because there was no way to cover that window and it let in a lot of light. Then my wife came up to the middle floor (kitchen & family room) while wearing just a towel after her shower..she was looking for a hairbrush. Then she sees the family in the house across from us staring at her through the window that doesn’t have a covering. Weird, but maybe some people don’t mind.
Last thing: if you love to cook or plan to cook at home, their utensils are pretty lacking. The only two spatulas are both damaged and either broken or melted and disfigured (rendering them useless). We were constantly searching for different things in the kitchen and not being able to find them. Plenty of plates and cups and silverware, which was good, but I’m glad we at least brought our own coffee grinder, salt, and pepper.
A/C was strong, as was the wifi. PLENTY of towels, which was fantastic. We enjoyed the layout of the house, the coziness of the beds, and really loved our time there.

This was a very nice home. We loved this house but the living room furniture needs an major upgrade. For a house that sleeps 12, there are only 4 seats in the main living area. These chairs are also very small and uncomfortable. A sectional sofa would have been nice to have in this area. The beds were nice and comfortable.
