* Per city permit this home can accommodate up to 16 people, 8 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.

* Check-In: Remote check in after identity verification.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.
*All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you!

Check-in starts at 4 PM
Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.

Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.

Overall, this home was perfect for our family. The space, the decor, the amenities were all as described in the listing. The backyard was so much fun for our grandkids. Location was perfect close to stores. Communication was great from beginning to end. We cannot wait to go back and make lifelong memories again

This cabin was so comfortable and very charming. It had everything you would need for a family vacation in big bear. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything was so clean. I appreciate the extra cots in the master room. I didn’t think I would need them, but they came in very handy. Wonderful stay.!

Usually go to Big Bear on July 4th with our boat. We chose to go later this year. This home was a beautiful rental. The decor is just my style. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. Location is perfect off the lower end of Moonridge. We really enjoyed the backyard and its ambience. Kitchen is very well stocked.
