About this house rental
Melva’s vacation rental serves as a starting point for adventures and a center for relaxation. This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1bath ranch is located on a quiet dead end street in a great neighborhood. Just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Home to the Cleveland Browns, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Museum of Art. Enjoy Lake Erie for kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing on the beach.
Grill out on the back patio and enjoy making s’mores at the fire pit, while you breathe in some fresh air in a peaceful backyard. Keep an eye out for wildlife!
Bedrooms 3: Queen beds, nightstands. With work desk areas.
Kitchen: fully equipped, appliances, toaster,microwave, crockpot, magic bullet, Keurig coffee maker with coffee,cream, and hot chocolate. 6person dining table
Indoor living: Roku smart TV. Free WiFi. 2 couches and chair.
General: patio with table and chairs. Grill, Air conditioning/heat. Hair drier, iron and board
Parking: driveway will accommodate up to 6 cars or truck and boat.
Check in after 4:00pm

Very clean house, enjoyed having 3 bedrooms, nice full kitchen. Nice living room with 2 couches and a chair for enough seating. Host communicated well. Quiet nice neighborhood.
