Working Grove Notice:
This is a working avocado grove. You may occasionally see someone checking irrigation lines.
Wildlife is common in the area, including bobcats, coyotes, snakes, and lizards. Please be mindful of your surroundings.
Always ensure all exterior doors are fully closed when not in use and locked when leaving the property.
Septic System:
This home operates on a septic system. Flush toilet paper only. No wipes or feminine products.
Fireplace:
Do not run it overnight or unattended, as it can overheat the television and quickly deplete the propane tank.
Pool Rules:
Pool depth is 4 feet at its deepest point.
No diving or jumping.
Swim at your own risk.
Minors must be supervised at all times.
Pool service occurs Wednesday mornings (maintenance technician will enter backyard briefly).
No glass is permitted in the pool or spa area.
Please close and tie umbrellas if leaving the pool area — winds can rise quickly.
Please do not touch pool equipment under any circumstances.
Pool & Spa Heating:
Pool Heating
$25 per hour - only needed in colder months
Hot Tub:
$50 per 2-hour heated session.
Includes 1 hour of warm-up time at no charge.
Payment via Venmo.
All evening requests must be submitted by 6PM Pacific.
Activities:
Bocce Court - Balls are located at the end of the hallway (left shelves).
Yoga Mats, workout bands, kettle bell provided.

Ring security cameras are installed at the front door and exterior perimeter for safety due to wildlife.
There are no cameras inside the home and none directed into interior spaces.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is stunning. The owners have paid attention to every detail. There was nothing we were wanting and were surprised by all the amenities and features of this home. The great room is full of light and is a wonderful place to hang out. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom, with the master having a tub and shower. The other two have showers only. The furnishings are super high end and the construction quality of this home is outstanding. There is a little deck off the loft on the second floor that has panoramic views of the valley and mountains. The owners were very responsive and gracious. This is probably my favorite VRBO rental ever, and I have stayed in many. I couldn't recommend this house more. It is very private, sitting alone on a hill surrounded by an avocado orchard. When my wife and daughter walked in they were so thrilled and surprised by how wonderful this house is.

This is one of the most amazing properties you could possibly stay in. My family had a wonderful time and enjoyed being in such a a quiet place but only 7 minutes from the city amenities. Scott was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a tremendous vacation.

For our trip, this property met all of our criteria. With three spacious king-size beds and separate bathrooms. along with a chef's dream kitchen is exquisitely furnished and equipped with every utensil required to prepare an exceptional meal. The house was exquisitely furnished with artwork and had an abundance of gorgeous coffee table books. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to provide a memorable experience. If you are accustomed to opulent surroundings and anticipate that all of your needs will be fulfilled, this home is for you!

Beautiful home with stunning views down into the valley. Each and every room was luxury. We stayed 2 nights for Thanksgiving holidays with just a small group. The home was so inviting and made the whole experience so exceptional. We have rented many VRBO houses in the past. This is the first one we refer to as a home.
The home was well appointed and little extras were found in every corner. The hosts are clearly focused on their guests experience and we wished we could have stayed longer
