Nibble on appetizers at the four-person kitchen bar, then gather at the six-person dining table. Practice your musical skills after dinner on the piano. This retreat has two loft areas, both are located on opposite sides of the home. The first loft has a comfortable bed with a primary bedroom, while the second loft offers another bed and it's accessed by a ladder.
Situated just a short stroll from the beach, this retreat offers space to unwind outdoors at home, too. Step outside to the spacious stone patio to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy alfresco living. A private balcony boasts a scenic overlook amid the trees.
Things to Know
The family dogs are welcome (maximum of two dogs)
For an additional sleeping option, there’s a double futon in the sunroom
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We used this as a second location for housing my family for a get-together (we live nearby). It's a beautiful property and location. The pictures are exactly what you'll see when you get there. Easily walkable around the neighborhood. Property management was in contact with us continuously.

Key pad was a nightmare… Unpredictable! Almost thought we weren’t going to have access; but, thanks to Han's help, we managed after the initial setback.

This home was very clean and in a great location. It is an attractive rental. There were 3 of us staying at this home. There were many things we liked. However, the front door keypad was really difficult to unlock. there was not another way to access the rental. I had to call VRBO and the property management after being locked out. We were afraid to leave the house due to the fact the door automatically locked when closed and we were locked out twice. It changed our visit to Baimbridge. Also to note, one of the loft beds is accessed by a ladder only This is likely ok for a young person, but if would have been nice to know this in the description since there are people who cannot use a ladder. Property manager was kind and responsive. She did her best to help us and stayed on the phone when we were trying different attempts to open the door.
