The property features a 3500 SF Amenity Barn that sleeps 8-10, a 4 Br Ranch House that sleeps 8 and a 6 BR Lodge that sleeps 12 with expansive porches and patios, large, open gathering spaces, luscious Oak Groves, natural rock walls and gardens, and rolling hills to explore. Specialty landscaping using steel, iron and stone, enhance the natural beauty of the terrain. An exquisite gabion wall with majestic staircase and Edison lighting graces the front of the Amenity Barn and natural stone paths and exterior lighting make the property easy to navigate.

Two large families gathered for 5 days for the Holiday week and weekend. Between kickball, soccer, tball, and cornhole games we had magic show by the grandpa’s and a Carnival to add to a thanksgiving celebration dinner. Excellent sleeping arrangements in 3 different homes in the same property and cooking facilities at the Barn made feeding large groups a breeze. Property very safe (no pool or ponds) and the young children enjoyed the opportunity to walk independently between the homes with good visibility of the adults. We do this every year and this was one of the best. Thank you Janice for such a clean and well stocked facility and for working with us when some of our young parents left items behind. 5 plus Stars.
