About this house rental
Come enjoy our cozy home filled with luxuries and amenities geared towards those visiting NWA to explore activities, nature, and bike trails! Only 5 minutes from downtown with easy access to Slaughter Pen Trail, Razorback Greenway, Coler Preserve Trail, and tourist hot-spots such as Crystal Bridges, the Amazeum, and the AMP. If you would rather stay-in and enjoy the view, we are 1 minute from a neighborhood market or Harps Food Market and you can enjoy our hot tub, gas grill, tv, and ping pong in the outdoor living space!
We want everyone to have a wonderful time, but are looking for guests that appreciate a well taken care of rental and are respectful of our property and its furnishings. If anyone in your group is looking for a rental to hold parties and neglect our home, then please look elsewhere.
We also have Noise Aware on the property to monitor the guest volume, so we do not have any problems with the City of Bentonville Ordinance for Noise. Quite time is from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am and needs to be adhered to during your visit so our property doesn’t get complaints from our neighbors and or the police.
Should we ask for a drivers license, credit or debit card please supply that information before check-in.
