This south-facing unit offers incredible Gulf views and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Each bedroom features flat-screen TVs and private baths. The living and dining areas are open and fully furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TV, dining table, and wet bar. Guests have access to indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, fitness room, sauna, tennis courts, BBQ area, and a game room. Onsite dining options include a sandwich and pizza shop. Parking passes are required, and up to 12 wristbands are allowed per reservation for use of property amenities.
IMPORTANT NOTES
You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking passes are $55 plus tax and limited to 2 per unit. Wristbands for property amenities are free and obtained from the front desk. Prices for parking subject to change at HOA discretion.

I’m seriously 100% soo happy with my stay ! My family had a blast ! Everything from how big this condo was to the amazing view of the beach from the balcony and the amenities! Wow! Definitely booking here again! Thank you for having us ! 10/10 experience!

The condo was large and fit our family needs perfectly. They had a washer and dryer which was perfect for washing towels when you have teenagers. The condo is as pictured with a nice balcony. We communicated with the owners and the property management and both were very easy and accommodating.

This was the second time we have rented this particular property, and I was just as pleased this time as I was the first. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, plenty of kitchen things, more than enough linens, I have nothing at all to complain about. I am renting this property again in September and cannot wait. Highly recommend staying here!!
