About this house rental

-Just to clarify, this house is a triplex. Your space, indoor and out, are entirely private. Only the parking lot is shared. The main and back house is being used at the moment but they do not have access to the backyard.
***Important***
-NO parties allowed. You will be charged for violation of rules and your money will NOT be refunded.
***If more than 10 people at any time are found to be on the property, it will be considered as a party/gathering and we will charge a fine that night.
-Please keep noise volume/music to a minimum when outdoors. We respect our neighbors!
***Smoking is allowed only OUTSIDE—NO smoking inside the premises!
Guests acknowledge the premises are designated as smoke-free INSIDE of the property and agree not to smoke INSIDE the premises. This includes, but is not limited to: tobacco, marijuana, any other substance and/or vaping chemicals. In any case a guest smokes/vapes on the premises, guest agrees to pay a penalty fee for violation

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. It's very quaint with a modern flare. The photos are very accurate. This is a superb location, you feel like you're in a nice & safe neighbourhood. As a woman travelling alone, this is always a concern and I never once felt unsafe in this home.
Super comfy bed, slept soundly all week. Close to some really cute restaurants & coffee houses too. You'll find everything you need within walking distance for an enjoyable stay. As well as the house as all the basics, with the missing exception of a kettle for us tea drinkers! Regardless, I will definitely be back.

We had a good week-long stay here. Clean + well-maintained, nicely decorated, charming neighborhood for walking, nice small outdoor space with table + chairs that was great for extending usable space. The downstairs space wasn’t realistic for 2 people to lounge, only one oversized chair - needs a full couch or 2nd chair - but upstairs space was airy + spacious. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked but no oven or toaster oven so limited ability to cook. Good shower, bed + linens were adequate. Would rent again.

I stayed here for 40 days waiting for my apartment in Burbank to open up. The house is modern with thought out designs. My Dog loved going for walks around neighborhood. What sets this place apart from the rest is how amazing the VRBO hosts are. We had accidentally stopped up the toilet one morning and the vrbo host sent out a plumber within 2 hours. The WiFi signal was a little weak and I couldn’t attend my zoom classes online for school, so the host replaced the entire router. The last couple of days, I ended up having to extend last minute, because my schedule got too hectic. They were so supportive and Understanding. I would definitely recommend Them!

I really enjoy my stay here, the home is remodeled, has front of the house parking. The neighborhood is quiet and full of new remodeled homes. I lIke the fact that the house had two TVs, one for down stairs and one for upstairs. I also love the waterfall shower head. Its right off the freeway and easy to come into the area or to leave. Like a block a way they have this super nice Italian restaurants and bars where you can hang out and enjoy the fresh weather. The home had all the items you need for your stay. Extra soap and lotions. I would def be coming back. Thank you
