The large common area features a 25' glass wall perfect for up to 8 guests. The 4 bedrooms all have private access. The 20x40 in ground pool is a summer vacation. The hospitals, stadium and downtown are 3 miles away. A golf course is across the street and a canoe livery is a mile away. Complete privacy.

Roomy house and beautiful views in Ann Arbor, approximately 10-15 drive from the stadium and downtown. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. We stayed in winter so did not get to utilize the outdoor amenities but appreciated the thoughtful indoor amenities including a full kitchen and Keurig coffee maker (with pods available).

I love the location and the style of the home. It's clear the owner has sentiment attached to the place. I rented the place for commencement weekend - two nights. The hot tub and pool were not usable. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. It is a place to make memories, but come prepared to do a wipe down and spider check. There was a layer of dust on all of the surfaces. And there were bugs in the light fixtures in at least one of the rooms. A spider jumped out at me as I stripped the bed at the end of the stay. I'm grateful for the peace of mind I had for both nights of sleep, at least. I see the potential for this place, but perhaps the owner is more interested in selling it as is. It needs work, but I see the possibilities for the place for sure. I had a list of things to share with the owner post-stay, but decided to just let it be.
