Once you exit I-5, this unit is two minutes away, making for an easy end to your drive. Located in the heart of Rogue River, the Black Pearl is within walking distance of local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. Start your mornings grabbing a bite to eat at the Cottage Café and Grille across the street or enjoying the scenery of the Rogue River as you sip on your coffee. The neighborhood is a quick 15 minutes to Grants Pass and 20 minutes to Medford.
